Project Information:
The project concerns a two-story building (ground floor and first floor) with a basement and a total surface area of approximately 550 sq.m., built at the end of the 19th century by the well-known German Architect Ernesto Ziller, who at that time had already settled in Greece.
The load-bearing structure of the building consists of stonework, reinforced concrete slabs, vaulted slabs resting on metal beams and floors on wooden beams.

- Detailed Design of Structural Repairs and Strengthening - Preparation of Issued For Construction (IFC) Drawings
- Preparation of Tender Documents
