Kallithea Underground Parking Station - Dimitrakopoulou Str.

Project Information:

The Project concerns the Design, Construction and Transfer (Concession Aggreement) related to the Operation of the Underground Parking Station on Dimitrakopoulou street in Kallithea, with a capacity of approximately 440 parking spaces.

The Parking consists of 3 primary underground levels and each level is inturn divided into two secondary levels (each covering 50% of the floor plan). The roof of the 1st basement is a reinforced concrete (RC) slab with inverted beams, whereas the roofs of the 2nd and 3rd basements are RC flat plate slabs.

For the Retaining Structures of the Parking the Berlinoise system was applied.

The Parking foundation system is a typical mat foundation.
